My work exists to support experienced leaders who’ve achieved success within structured systems and now face a different challenge. The new challenge is leading and building forward without the rules, roles, or external guardrails that once made direction clear.
I help leaders strengthen self-trust, engage difficult conversations, and realign their work with what they now value most. This supports decisions holding under pressure and leadership being grounded rather than reactive.
This work is not about fixing what’s broken or chasing more achievement. It’s about clarity, alignment, and learning to lead from the inside out. It’s about moving forward when something new is emerging, when the stakes are real, and when the path is no longer obvious.
I was born in Madison, Wisconsin, and grew up in a life shaped by love, adventure, challenge, and loss. Those early experiences taught me to navigate both the world around me and the inner world taking shape within me.
Over time, I learned that leadership begins with orientation. Understanding what is happening externally while developing the inner capacity to respond with clarity and integrity. That dual awareness has guided my path ever since.
I’ve been fortunate to learn from family, friends, teachers, mentors, and coaches who helped me see what was possible when growth is approached intentionally rather than reactively.
This journey led me to a way of living and leading rooted in conscious leadership development and service to others. My work today reflects a commitment to growing as a person while contributing meaningfully to the communities and leaders I serve.
My path has been shaped by a consistent pull toward growth and exploration. In service to myself and others, I’ve learned to pay close attention to what each moment is asking of my leadership and how I can contribute with clarity and intention.
My work centers on human and entrepreneurial development. It is grounded in the practical disciplines of personal mastery and business mastery, where inner capacity and external structure are developed together.
